# Agenda for Management Meeting #01

Scheduled for 2018-09-11

## The Problem (Observation)

Need more organization in everything, especially status reporting, and generally
knowing what's going on.

It might be holding us back from quickly responding to market demand.

Dis-organization is causing wasted efforts, extra load, and delays.

Lack of, or not enough, visibility on all levels.

Got to establish and optomize our business processes.

## What I would like it to be

Paint a glorious picture here.

* We want to be quick and frictionless
* everybody works towards a common goal
* all work together more efficinelty, busines, projects, operations, ... etc.
* all reporting and stuff will be a by product of normal work
* be a data-driven enterprise, everything is based on and backed up by data

## (0) General Notes

Will work on things that are not part of everybody's core tasks, tech and cloud
services are a bit covered, but internal organization is a mess.

We do not have to provide everything we use internally "as a Service" for
customers, it might be well customized for us, but won't work for every customer
(one size fits all / or doesn't).

Dis-organization is hindering our progress.
